Connectivity Problems

Over the last two days, a network provider for one of our European data centres experienced intermittent Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.

This has resulted in a few cases in which calls have disconnected. Some customers may have briefly lost their connection to the service. We are urgently working with our provider to get this resolved as soon as possible and we are taking other mitigating steps to lessen the impact.
