Some customers who are using Mimecast or Cloudmark for email management are experiencing email delivery problems. This will affect the receiving of meeting invites and 6-digit one-time codes required to authenticate desktop and mobile users. This problem is caused by those email providers temporarily mis-labeling StarLeaf service emails as junk. To avoid the problem, we recommend to our customers that they whitelist notify.starleaf.com, starleaf.com and 18.104.22.168 in their Mimecast or Cloudmark configuration. We are working on getting this rectified as soon as possible.
