Calling and Registration Call Disconnections

A small number of customers hosted in one of our UK data centres may have experienced some call disconnections and, temporarily, may have been unable to send instant messages within their own StarLeaf organisation. This is now fixed.

Call Disconnections and Degraded Call Quality

A small number of customers hosted in one of our UK data centres may have experienced some call disconnections and some users are experiencing reduced call quality. StarLeaf engineers are urgently investigating.
