Call Failures

Some customers may experience problems calling video addresses using the call.sl domain. StarLeaf is investigating an issue related to DNS services outside of the StarLeaf cloud.

In the meantime, users experiencing call problems can replace the ‘call.sl’ part of a video address with ‘starleaf.me’

For example, ‘test@exampleco.call.sl’ should become ‘test@exampleco.starleaf.me’

This is now fixed.
