Some customers may experience problems calling video addresses using the call.sl domain. StarLeaf is investigating an issue related to DNS services outside of the StarLeaf cloud.
In the meantime, users experiencing call problems can replace the ‘call.sl’ part of a video address with ‘starleaf.me’
For example, ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ should become ‘email@example.com’
This is now fixed.
A small number of customers hosted in one of our US data centres may have experienced some call disconnections and meeting room systems being temporarily unable to connect. This is now fixed.
