Endpoint and Call connection problems for users based out of one of our USA East Coast Servers
A small number of users who are based out of one of our USA East Coast Servers are currently unable to connect to the StarLeaf service. Calls to and from users based out of this data centre are also impacting. Our technical team are currently investigating the cause of this and are working on a resolution.
The above is now resolved as of 13:28 BST. Endpoints and Calls will now be connecting.
