Audio-only connections

To ensure that they are still able to join meetings while there is unprecedented traffic on the StarLeaf platform, a very small number of StarLeaf meeting participants are occasionally restricted to an audio-only connection. StarLeaf is continually monitoring the situation and adding more capacity as needed to ensure our customers can continue to enjoy high-quality calls and meetings.

A very small number of users in North America are experiencing disconnections on desktop and mobile. StarLeaf has a fix and will be upgrading affected organizations this afternoon.
