Calling and Registration Indian data center network issues

08:30 UTC - Customers hosted out of our Indian data center are experiencing problems with calling and registering their endpoints to the StarLeaf Cloud. This is an issue with the data center and we are working with our provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

15:45 UTC: Some calls to the telephone numbers to reach StarLeaf conferences are failing. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue. Please use the number +31202624291 to reach conferences until service is restored

16:20 UTC: We are urgently working with our supplier, we are aiming to restore all service with 15 minutes

16:30 UTC: All services are now restored
