New connections temporarily unavailable

New connections to the StarLeaf cloud failed for a short time due to an internal misconfiguration. This is fixed now.

PSTN calling PSTN dialling issues

Due to an issue at our supplier, certain telephone numbers are failing to dial into StarLeaf conferences. Our supplier has fixed the issue but those fixes are taking some time to be applied, problems are expected to last until 12 noon UTC. The list of countries whose numbers are affected is: Iceland, Austria, Zimbabwe, Russia, Mexico, Colombia, Portugal, Sweden. Affected customers can still reach conferences by dialling a number from one of the unaffected countries, such as the UK's: +44 330828 0796
